She believes that developing a strong therapeutic alliance is an essential part of the therapeutic process and strives to create an environment where clients feel safe, supported, understood, and comfortable being their authentic selves.

Inger’s therapeutic approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and humanistic principles. She recognizes the inherent worth and potential of each individual and emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, collaboration, and respect throughout the therapeutic process. Her goal is to meet clients where they are while helping them develop greater insight, effective coping strategies, and meaningful change.

Her clinical experience includes working with individuals presenting with a variety of psychological, behavioral, developmental, and emotional concerns, including depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), intellectual disability, excoriation (skin-picking) disorder, and specific phobias, among other concerns.
